Lot 501 Bedford Park Code Amendment (Private)

Bunnings Properties Pty Ltd has released a Code Amendment for public consultation which is proposing to rezone land at Lot 501 Marion Road Bedford Park (adjacent to the Southern Expressway).

It is important to note that this Code Amendment is not proposed or being run by Council. It is a private amendment proposed by Bunnings.

Consultation is open until Sunday 7 September 2025. You can find out more about which land is involved and what is proposed at either:

•    The SA Planning Portal or
•    Future Urban’s website

Bunnings’ Consultants, Future Urban, will be holding 2 information sessions at the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre, Warriparinga Way (off Sturt Road) where you can ask them questions about what is proposed. The sessions will be held on:

•    Wednesday 30 July 2025 from 4pm to 7pm
•    Saturday 2 August 2025 from 10am to 2pm
