All content on this device is to be deleted by the customer prior to its return. We encourage you to transfer any content you wish to use for future projects onto your own storage devices before returning the kit.

To delete your content from the Drone Neo please follow the instructions below:

1. Open the DJI Fly App
2. Connect the drone to your phone
3. In the App, open the album tab
4. In the top right hand corner select the box with a tick icon
5. Select the videos you want to delete
6. In the bottom left hand corner select the rubbish bin
7. A message will popup - ‘Are you sue you want to delete the selected file(s)?
8. Select Delete
