Payment for current expiations can be made online through the self service portal.

Appeals against expiation notices must be in writing using the Review of Decision Application Form and can be submitted on one occasion only. Your appeal form can be submitted through the self service portal. The form can be downloaded in the portal or below.

If you have exhausted your single appeal, you have the right to elect to be prosecuted. Should you elect to be prosecuted, you may get a summons to attend court. Electing to be prosecuted can be completed through the self service portal by selecting "Lodge to Court".

If you were not the driver or you did not own the vehicle at the time of the offence, you can complete a Parking Offence Nomination Form for the ticket to be reissued. The nomination form can be submitted through the self service portal. The form can be downloaded in the portal or below.

If the form is not completed in full, we are unable to reissue the expiation and the expiation will remain the responsibility of the current vehicle owner as per the Services SA database.

Should you wish to pay in instalments or request an extension of time, you can apply to the Chief Recovery Officer by contacting 1800 659 538 or visit the Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit website.

A fee will apply to enter into an arrangement.
