Venue Hire

Koorana hosts Birthday Parties! For a fun, active and memorable birthday party, kids of all abilities aged from 4 - 12 years old can join in on the fun! Parties run for two hours, including an hour and a half on the equipment, and two party food breaks throughout the session. You will have the gym totally to yourself during your party! ​Fully set-up Party Room is provided, with tables, chairs and decorations supplied. All bookings include an additional 15mins in the gym before and after your party to set up, greet your guests, and pack the presents into the car.

All parties include full kitchen facilities, including an oven & stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and utensils, for you to prepare the party food and drink that you would like to serve. Cake and cupcake stands, party platters, cake knife for your use on the day. The only thing you need to bring along from home is the party food, drinks and the birthday cake!

​Classic Gymnastics Birthday Party

For up to and including 20 children. Ages 4-12 years.

What's involved? The Classic Party is a two hour booking, with the gym to yourself, and two qualified gymnastics coaches to host the entire party for you!
What's included: 90mins in the gymnasium with our gymnastics coaches/party hosts, featuring our Obstacle Courses, Group Games and Supervised Free Time on all of our equipment, including Sprung Floor, Foam Pit, Tower of Terror, Tarzan Rope, Balance Beams, Olympic Rings, Trampoline, Tumble Tracks and much more! Party Invitation templates (PDF emailed directly to you). Optional Mini's Playground (including our best KinderGym equipment!) for little ones aged 3 years and younger - we want every child to feel included in the fun!

The More the Merrier!

For up to 30 children. Ages 4-12 years.

What's involved? The BIG Party is our largest party package, for when you want to invite the whole class! For up to and including 30 children, our BIG Party is a two hour booking, with the gym to yourself, and three qualified gymnastics coaches to host the entire party for you!
What's included: 90mins in the gymnasium with our gymnastics coaches/party hosts, featuring our Obstacle Courses, Group Games and Supervised Free Time on all of our equipment, including Sprung Floor, Foam Pit, Tower of Terror, Tarzan Rope, Balance Beams, Olympic Rings, Trampoline, Tumble Tracks and much more! NINJA Gym Party

Up to 20 children. BONUS inclusions! Recommended for ages 6-12 years.

What's involved? Our themed NINJA Gym Parties are built to challenge! With a slight twist on our classic party format and set-up, our NINJA Gym Parties are sure to impress. The NINJA Gym Party is a two hour booking, with the gym to yourself, and two qualified gymnastics coaches/Ninja Trainers to host the entire party for you! What's included: 90mins in the gymnasium with our Ninja Trainers, warming up with Ninja Themed group games, Ninja and Parkour training on our gymnastics equipment, and our Timed Ninja Themed Obstacle Courses. We also leave some time for supervised free time on all of our equipment for some extra Ninja Training! NINJA Head tie for the Birthday Child Ninja Decorations in the Party Room, including 8ft Photo Wall. Themed NINJA Gym Invitation templates (PDF emailed directly to you). Mermaid Gymnastics Birthday Party

Step into our Underwater Wonderland. Up to 20 children for ages 2-12.

What's involved? Our themed Mermaid Gymnastics Birthday Parties are BRAND new, and designed to offer some bonus extras for a very special birthday! Sing along with our mermaid instructors, hunt for buried treasure in the foam pit, and walk the plank! The Mermaid Gymnastics Party is a two hour booking, with the gym to yourself, and two qualified gymnastics coaches to host the entire party for you!
What's included: 90mins in the gymnasium with our Mermaid coaches, including our Mermaid themed games and soundtrack, and time on all of our gymnastics equipment, including the tumble track, trampoline, balance beams and bars, rings, and not to mention the giant foam pit! Mermaid Crown for the Birthday Child Mermaid themed decorations for the Party room, including a Photo Corner. Themed Mermaid Invitation templates (PDF emailed directly to you).
