Pilates Saturdays at Glandore
All levels welcome to this mat based class. Classes are a nourishing, full body workout that will cover if you're a beginner, and provide options to progress the movement if you are more experienced. Classes are limited to 10 people and all equipment is provided. Just bring your body and a water bottle.
