A landmark multimillion-dollar playground nature playground is open at Glenthorne National Park-Ityamaiitpinna Yarta. Marion Council partnered with the State Government to deliver this playground.

This location is one of Adelaide’s newest national parks and is located 16 km south of Adelaide in the suburb of O’Halloran Hill.

The nature play space fea­tures new addi­tions includ­ing a fly­ing fox, rope tra­verse, step­ping logs and oth­er fun ele­ments for chil­dren of all ages to enjoy. The playground includes plenty of parking, shelters, barbeques and public toilets.

Accessible equipment and pathways makes this space something for everyone to enjoy.
Please note that there is an accessible toilet in the nature play space area. There is also a changing places toilet.

There are great oppor­tu­ni­ties to take a walk or ride a bike at Glen­thorne Nation­al Park-Itya­mai­it­pin­na Yarta.
