This is an off-leash park where dogs can exercise off-leash, except within 5 metres of a playground, at a wetland or when organised sport is being played.

Hume Street Reserve in Seaview Downs is a small reserve ringed by trees with a grassy area in the middle.
It has a couple of bench seats and a tap to refill your water bottle. On the north-western corner there's a gnarly tree.
Take a moment to relax and enjoy this quiet reserve.
